At Y.O.U Underwear, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on underwear that is unworn, unwashed, and still in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Check Eligibility

Ensure your items are in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear that has been worn or removed from its sealed bag.

Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization number and the correct return address.

Securely pack your items and include your order details inside. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
